I'm not even sure where to start with these rotating planispheres. They can be used to identify stars (above the horizon) in the sky in the northern US and bits of Europe based on the month and time of day. They look great just sitting on a desk, but I wanted them to be as functional as possible, so they are working planispheres. I squeezed in as much information I could on these while trying to keep the size down.

If you'd like some awesome information about planispheres in general, this website is very useful. If you scroll to a little after the middle of the page (where it says. "How to Use A Planisphere for Stargazing" in bold), it summarizes how to use planispheres, but really the whole thing is interesting to read.
